Jägermeister commitment to support local communities globally with #SaveTheNight (limited edition bottles) hits Goa.
Jägermeister launched a limited edition #SaveTheNight bottle last June which will donate an extra €1 million (US$1.14m) to help artists, creatives, bartenders or club owners facing hardship due to the pandemic.
The limited edition bottle is part of the brand’s global #SaveTheNight campaign. The bottle’s illustration aims to send a “strong message of hope” to nightlife communities and a “signal of solidarity with people who usually make the night”.
Jägermeister and global superstar Post Malone launched a fully integrated global campaign to help bring life back to nightlife, including a short film tribute to the multitude of local businesses and communities that have been affected over the past year titled “Night Lights.” This multi-channel initiative is the next phase of Jägermeister’s #SAVETHENIGHT initiative and features exclusive content and intimate conversations meant to drive global awareness around the cultural significance of nightlife to local communities.
“We wanted to do something that helped our wider community in this time of need, not to sell more product, but because it was the right thing to do. As a brand, we stay close to our audience and the things that are relevant and important to them.” –Tim Jerg, head of global brand management and digital marketing, Jägermeister
About Jägermeister
Introduced over 80 years ago, Jägermeister, German for “Master Hunter,” is one of the world’s most successful liqueurs and available in 150 countries. The iconic taste of Jägermeister is not left to chance but is due to decades of experience, a safely guarded secret recipe consisting of 56 natural herbs, blossoms, roots and fruits including star anise, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger roots, and 383 quality checks. The botanical ingredients are extracted in their raw, unprocessed form through a gentle, weeks-long process of cold maceration to create Jägermeister’s base. The base, housed in more than 400 oak casks, then “breathes” for one full year, which is key to creating the complex and balanced flavor of Jägermeister’s legendary taste profile. Jägermeister is 35% Alc./Vol. and imported exclusively by Mast-Jägermeister US, White Plains, NY. Visit www.jagermeister.com and follow @JagermeisterUSA on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
